Just posting about the coolest “app” I’ve found for the iPhone, telekinesis. I was turned on to this by a coworker and it is simply stunning. Essentially what it does is allow you to remotely access your home computer, but in practice it does much much more. one of the coolest features is the ability to access and stream audio and video files from your home computer, even over edge (speeds not yet tested). this feature alone is amazing as it essentially gives your iPhone slingbox capabilities. Telekinesis also has some other nice features like remote desktop and even the ability to make your iphone an itunes remote. Best part about it is that it is completely open and is extensible via applications that can be added on. Check it out…
I saw Harry potter this week and I’ve got to say, its definitely the best of the movies so far. Its dark, its disturbing, and its very entertaining; I highly recommend it. I’ve also seen Live Free or Die Hard twice now and that flick is just awesome, best action movie in a long time, again, highly recommended.
